Gas Prices In Hoosier State Continue To Fall
INDIANA – Gas in Indiana is expected to continue to drop, as AAA’s Daily Fuel Gauge Report shows that prices in the Hoosier state have already fallen 21 cents in the last week. The state is paying an average of $2.74 for regular unleaded.
AAA points to the recent unscheduled maintenance at BP’s Whiting Refinery, which had driven up prices in recent days. The refinery is one of the largest in the nation and has gone through a $4 billion upgrade, the largest privately funded project of its kind in state history.
AAA expects the prices through the country to continue to be lower than last year.
