HUNTINGTON COUNTY, IN — A two month investigation into allegations of prostitution led to the arrest of Xueli Cui, 56, in Warren, IN, Tuesday, July 28.

Indiana State Police received anonymous tips in May regarding a massage parlor that was being operated at the Warren Travel Plaza, 7270 S. Warren Road. Information indicated that the woman living at and operating the parlor, Cui, was offering and providing sexual services for money.

After an undercover sting operation, Cui was arrested on a preliminary charge of prostitution, a level 6 felony. She is being held in the Huntington County Jail on a $7,000 bond.
