Toast To Life Event Raises Funds For Hospice Home
FORT WAYNE — A select variety of specialty beers will be creatively paired with a gourmet menu at the annual “A Toast to Life: Specialty Beer & Food Pairing Dinner for Hospice Home” from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, Sept., at Club Soda. Enjoy a six-course menu specially created by Club Soda to complement six unique specialty beers.
Five Star Distributing’s beer expert Nick Ladig will guide guests through each course providing the history and background for each specialty brew.
“A Toast to Life” toasts the lives and memories of family and friends who are no longer with us. The event also includes a selection silent auction of leisure and beer-related items.

Proceeds from “A Toast to Life” benefit Hospice Home, northeast Indiana’s only free-standing, inpatient facility dedicated to the end-of-life care of patients and their families. Hospice Home is operated by Visiting Nurse, a community-based, nonprofit agency serving eight counties in northeast Indiana.
