SYRACUSE – The Wawasee Elite 12U baseball team recently capped off an impressive summer season.

The team won both the regular season championship and the end of season tournament in the 2015 Boys of Summer League. The championship team, which also won the Mentone Egg Festival Tournament title, finished at 19-1 for the regular season.

Members of the championship squad included Grant Brooks, Jace Alexander, Keaton Dukes, Ethan Garza, Adam Beer, Ethan Carey, Kameron Salazar, Parker Young, Dominic Blair, Gavin Wilson,  Justin Beer and Carter Woody.

Coaches for the Elite 12U were Jeff Carey, Brian Woody and Kyle Young.
