Frantz Connected To Teens Drowning Deaths
Court documents, filed July 6, state Jared Thomas Frantz, Syracuse, sold a juvenile male LSD, who in turn allegedly furnished the drug to Korbin Foster and Kaleb Lampkin, both 17, who died June 1, in an accidental drowning.
Toxicology results have not yet been received to determine if Foster and Lampkin had LSD in their system at the time of the drowning.

The affidavit of probable cause, filed in Kosciusko Circuit Court on July 6, states during Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Detective JD Ayres investigation into the death of Foster and Lampkin, who allegedly took a large amount of LSD shortly before their death, he was able to determine a juvenile male had furnished the acid to the two. The juvenile admitted on May 29 he purchased one-half vial of acid from Frantz at a Freedom Oil gas station, then met with Lampkin and Foster to sell the drug to them.
Frantz, who was arrested Tuesday afternoon, told police he had received a text message from an individual he called “kid” asking for one-half vial of LSD. Frantz stated he had supplied “kid” drugs in the past. Frantz met with an individual and purchased the acid for $200. Then he sent a text to “kid” arranging the meeting place. He sold “kid” the vial for $300.
Evidence extracted from Frantz’s cell phone enforced the information the juvenile and Frantz had told police.
Frantz has been arrested on charges of dealing in a schedule I, II or III controlled substance enhancing circumstances, a level 4 felony and conspiring to commit dealing in a schedule I, II or III controlled substance enhancing circumstances, also a level 5 felony.
