Dalton D. Brady, 13, of Collins, passed away at 4:02 p.m. on Sunday, June 28, 2015 at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

Dalton was born on June 20, 2002, in Columbia City, a son of David and Brandy (Rice) Brady. He spent his formative years in Collins, and attended Churubusco Middle School.

He was a member of the Misfit Mudders in Churubusco for four years, he played football from third grade thru seventh grade, and he wrestled this year for Churubusco.

The surviving relatives include his parents: David and Brandy Brady, Collins; two brothers: Dylan Brady; Dominick Brady, Collins; two uncles: Dennis Brady, Churubusco; and George Rice, Fort Wayne; an aunt: Freedom (Dane) Keener, Churubusco; paternal grandparents: Dave (Sherrie) Brady, Churubusco; maternal grandparents: George (Lancia) Rice, Churubusco; great-grandpa: David Brady, Churubusco.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandma: Sueanna H. Brady

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Jason Smith Auditorium at Churubusco High School, with Pastor Timothy Grable, officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Sheets and Childs Funeral Home from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.  Sunday, or one hour prior to the service.
