Yoga And Walking Programs Starting In Central Park

The city of Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department will kick off two brand new healthy programs in Central Park the week of May 25.
Yoga In The Park
Yoga In The Park will take place from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays for 15 weeks, or until Sept. 3. Each class will cost only $2, or participants can purchase a $10 Punch Card good for five classes.
Participants should bring either a YOGA mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing. Each YOGA class will focus on easy to perform beginner level balance, coordination, strength, and range of motion stretching and relaxation exercises. Each class is led by a certified YOGA instructor.
Walking Program
An introductory Walking Program class for all ages and abilities, who enjoy being outdoors will take place from noon to 1 p.m. every Wednesday for 15 weeks, or until Sept. 2. Each class will cost only $2, or participants can purchase a $10 Punch Card good for five classes.
Each class will take walkers on a safe and enjoyable walking route around Center Lake, Central Park, and the scenic downtown area, and is led by an experienced instructor.
