Jaclyn ‘Jackie’ Lemcool
Jaclyn ‘Jackie’ Lemcool, 67, of Kingsley, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at her home.
She was born Sept. 20, 1947, in Warsaw, to Melvin and Margaret (Sausaman) Schue.
Jackie worked the family dairy farm with her husband Neil for nearly 40 years. She was a lifetime member of the VFW In her spare time, Jackie enjoyed growing flowers, mushroom hunting, fishing and all wild life. She also enjoyed watching football and NASCAR. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Jackie was a “devoted” mom to her two dogs, Dingo and Shanda.
Jackie is survived by her three children: Amy Hapner and Hettie (Arvil) Colley, both of Mentone; and Steven Hapner, Kingsley; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren; sister: Judy (Allen) Lowry; and brother-in-law: Alvin Perry.
Besides her parents, Jackie was preceded in death by her husband and sister: Ann Perry.
A visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 19, at the Covell Funeral Home in Kingsley. A second visitation will take place at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, with burial to follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Warsaw.
