Larry E. Dumph, 67, of Bremen, passed away at 1:20 p.m., Friday, April 10, 2015, in Memorial Hospital of South Bend.

Larry was born on May 11, 1947, the son of the late Russell “Junior” and Janice Dumph. On Dec. 15, 1967, he married Faye England. Larry is survived by his loving wife: Faye; son: Brett (Alison) Dumph, Bremen; four grandchildren: Azaria, Jazsper, Trey and Gaberiel; siblings: Rex (Doris) Dumph, Bremen; Donna (Mike) Egolf, Nappanee; Cheryl (Bill) Rouch, Three Rivers, Mich; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Larry was a longtime Bremen resident. He started Larry’s Video Images in Bremen and was a member of the Granger Community Church. He served his community for many years as an E.M.T., police officer, and as a dispatcher, as well as his work at Bremen Community Hospital. He started the Bremen Reserve Police. Larry will be remembered as a friend to all and his generosity was evident in his “pay it forward” attitude. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday, April 15, in Mishler Funeral Home, 2030 SR 331, Bremen. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, April 16, in the funeral home. Pastor Mark Waltz will officiate. Burial will follow in Bremen Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Bremen Police Reserves or to Granger Community Church.
