Mary Brewer-Fawley, 95, of Wabash, passed away at 10:43 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2015, at Millers Merry Manor in Peru.

She was born to the late Orville and Ethel Clark on Oct. 26, 1919, in Middlebury. She married R.D. Brewer, he passed away on Jan. 17, 1996. She then married Robert Fawley, he passed away on June 4, 2012.

She was a homemaker to her family. She also worked at Northfield High School as a custodian and retired from General Tire, Wabash, after 25 years. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 2067 were she was a life-member. She enjoyed needle work, gardening and being with her family.

She is survived by son: Daniel Wood (Nancy), Carrollton, Ga.; daughter: Patricia Hopper (Jeff), Denver; adopted daughter: Mary Marie Martin; two sister-in-laws; 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son; daughter; sister; grandson; and two great-grandsons.

Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, April 2, at McDonald Funeral Home, 231 Falls Ave., Wabash, IN 46992, with Pastor Brad Wright officiating.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, April 2, at the funeral home.
