From 7:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24, area residents are invited to attend “The Gr$$n Of Erosion Control” Contractor’s Workshop at the Dal-Mar Banquet Hall in Nappanee.

The event will offer networking opportunities as well as the option to attend presentations on topics such as innovative materials for erosion control and the financial side of controlling erosion. Free breakfast and continuing education credits will be available for those who attend.

The workshop will be made possible through the St. Joseph River Basin Commission combining forces with the Greater Elkhart County Stormwater Partnership, Michiana Stormwater Partnership, the city of Warsaw and the Soil and Water Conservation Districts of Elkhart, Kosciusko and St. Joseph Counties.
