Harold C. Metzger, 84, of Eustis, Fla., and formerly of Silver Lake, passed away Sunday, Jan. 11, 2015.

Born in Springfield, Mo., he moved to Eustis in 1970 from Silver Lake. Harold was a finish carpenter working with Spears Construction for many years and after his retirement he still enjoyed woodworking. Harold is a U.S Army Veteran serving during the Korea Conflict.

He is survived by wife: Pauline Metzger, Eustis, Fla.; son: Randy Metzger, Tampa, Fla.; grandchildren: Morgan E. and Garrett M. Metzger, both of Tampa, Fla.; brothers: Norman L. Metzger, Silver Lake; and Lyle J. Metzger, Warsaw; and sister: Norma Kirkwood, Warsaw; and many extended family and friends.

Memorial Service will be held at a later date in Claypool. Harden/Pauli Funeral Home, Eustis is entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
