UPDATE: At 6:53 a.m. Monday, Jan. 12, at the intersection of Lake City Highway and North Parker Street in Warsaw, Treeg A. Schmidt, 34, of Liberty Center was unable to slow his westbound car in time to avoid causing a collision with the vehicle driven by Richard A. Dillender, 62, Sumpter, S.C., which was southbound. The total damage is estimated up to $25,000.

Emergency personnel are currently responding to an accident located on US 30 and Parker Street.

Entrapment has been reported.
