Jay Pass
Jay Pass, formerly of Warsaw, passed away 9:12 a.m. Friday, Jan. 9, 2015 at I.U. Health Goshen Hospital in Goshen at the age of 60.
He spent most of his life in Warsaw, but had also resided in Michigan and had most recently lived in Florida. Jay was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a truck driver as well as worked in construction.
He was born on March 15, 1954 in Warsaw to Harvey Pass and Marjorie (Cox) Zurikowski.
He leaves behind two sons: Damian (Jamie) Pass, Warsaw, and Toby Pass, Rochester; two daughters: Tara (Paul) Walker, Melbourne, Australia, and Ellisha (Adam) Barmore, Louisville, Ky.; eleven grandchildren; two brothers: Kenneth (Deb) Pass, Middlebury, and Russell (Dana) Pass, Tallahassee, Fla.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, and one grandchild.
His memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 13 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw. It will be officiated by Pastor Dan Cox. Military rites will be conducted by the American Legion Post #49 and V.F.W. #1126, both of Warsaw
