TimberWolf Trading Post To Host Charity Shoot
By NIKKI ST.MARTIN
Chief Marketing Officer, TimberWolf Trading Post
In the spirit of the season, TimberWolf Trading Post is hosting a charity archery shoot at their range at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20. The entry fee is $15 and all proceeds will be donated to United Ministries of Fulton County, Inc., in support of its food pantry and Christmas basket project.
“Christmas is the season of giving,” said owner William St.Martin. “I can’t think of a better way to spend a Saturday afternoon than with fellow archers raising money to help those in need right here in our community.”
Participants of all ages and skill levels are welcome. No prizes will be awarded, but all participants will be entered into a drawing to win raffle prizes, including donations from TimberWolf Trading Post’s suppliers Athens Archery, HHA Sports, ProLine Bowstrings, Precision Shooting Equipment, and Scott Archery.
The shoot will be Lancaster style with 60 arrows shot from the 20-yard line at the 40-centimeter, three-spot face with super Xs scored as 11 with a possible score of 660.
Registration will begin at 12:30 p.m.
Pre-registration is welcome, but not necessary, by contacting TimberWolf Trading Post at (574) 223-3474 or by stopping by the shop at 1297 W. 18th St., in Rochester.
