WARSAW – The Warsaw wrestling team opened league action versus Elkhart Memorial Tuesday night.

The visiting Crimson Chargers topped the host Tigers by a 43-21 final in the Northern Lakes Conference match in the Tiger Den.

Winning varsity matches for Warsaw were Kyle Hatch (120), Kameron Hile (126), Spencer Gareiss (145), Rory Nolin (195) and Anthony Penn (heavyweight).

The junior varsity match ended in a 6-6 tie. Winning for the Tigers in JV action was Baily Richert.

Warsaw, now 3-3 overall and 2-1 in the NLC, will take part in the Valparaiso Invitational on Saturday.
