The Elkhart County Trial Court will be one of 10 counties throughout Indiana that will be celebrating National Adoption Day by allowing relatives and media to document adoption proceedings through the use of photography or video recording devices.

The statewide total number of children who will take part in the occasion is expected to be around 100.

Elkhart County’s celebration will occur at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 21, in front of Magistrate Deborah Domine.
