Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

12:13 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, East US 30 east of CR 325E, Warsaw. Driver; Michael A. Foster, 36, Ivywood Drive, Warsaw. Struck deer. Damage up to $10,000.

1:16 a.m. Friday, Oct. 3, 308 E. Main Street, Silver Lake. Driver: Judy L. Drummond, 48, West Myrtle Glen Road, Silver Lake. Drummond backed into a parked vehicle registered to Kim J. Bach, East State Street, Etna Green. Damage up to $10,000.

Warsaw Police

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

3:05 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, South Buffalo Street, south of West Market Street, Warsaw. Driver: Andrea N. French, 22, East Old Road 20, Warsaw. French’s vehicle struck a parked vehicle registered to Trisha K. Krall, Wabash Circle, Huntington. French cited for failure to report a property damage accident and operating a vehicle without financial responsibility. Damage up to $5,000.

1:14 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, East Center Street, west of South Bronson Street. Drivers: James R. Oden, 45, North Franklin Street, Mentone; Dean L. Trippiedi, 44, South 400W, Warsaw; and Mandy L. Neff, 39, East Smith Street, Warsaw. Oden went to stop his vehicle when it slid on wet pavement hitting the back of the Trippiedi vehicle, which was pushed into the back of the Neff vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.

10:45 a.m. Friday, Oct. 3. East Center Street and North Hickory Street. Drivers: Tonya S. Enyeart, 45, West CR 1400N, North Manchester and Eugene Davis, 74, South CR 500W, Warsaw. Enyeart was turning left and failed to see the Davis vehicle. Damage up to $2,500.

11:18 a.m. Friday, Oct. 3. East Center Street and North Harrison Street. Drivers: Tracey A. Cavender, 47, West Sixth Street, Rochester and Scott A. Gunder, 40, East Lantern Road, Warsaw. Cavender’s vehicle struck the back of Gunder’s vehicle. Cavender was cited for operating a vehicle without insurance. Damage up to $2,500.
