Harold Richardson, 72, of Ligonier, Ind., passed away on July 24, 2014, at home.

He was born Feb. 19, 1942, in Polly, Ky., to William and Martha (Cook) Richardson. He married Mazie Caudill on Jan. 6, 1964. She preceded him in death on June 6, 1995.

Harold graduated from Fleming High School in Neon, Ky. He was a former member of Wawasee Hawg Hunters. Mr. Richardson retired from Silgan Platsics in 2004, after almost 40 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, but his favorite thing in life was being a grandpa. 

He is survived by his daughter: Kimberly Renee Richardson; and a grandson: Jesse Glenn Aguilar, both of Ligonier, Ind.; two sisters: Carol Rose and Margarett Harris; and three brothers: Billy Wayne, Jerry and Jeff Richardson.

He was preceded in death by a brother: Kenneth Richardson.

Visitation is from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, July 28, at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway S., Ligonier. A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 29, at the funeral home. Pastor Clarence Combs will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery.
