Book Club Discusses Alternative History Novel
Read along with the Cover to Cover Book Club at the Nappanee Public Library. The club will meet on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, from 6:30p.m. to 8:00 p.m. to discuss Margot by Jillian Cantor.
What if Anne Frank’s sister Margot, instead of dying in Auschwitz, had survived and gone into hiding in America? Cantor’s novel posits this alternative scenario with a modern eye for symptoms of trauma and survivor’s guilt.
For more information or to reserve a copy of the book, call (574) 773-7919, or go to www.nappaneelibrary.org. The Cover to Cover Book Club meets at the library on the third Tuesday of each month.
