Kay I. Felts
Kay I. Felts, 69, of Etna Green, Ind., passed away at 9:38 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, after a short illness, at Vibra Hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind.
She was born on Aug. 24, 1944, in Elkhart County, Ind., to John and Lillian (Hartman) Morris. She was a lifetime area resident. She married Charles C. Felts. They were divorced, and he preceded her in death. Kay graduated from Nappanee High School and was a homemaker.
She was a former member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Nappanee, Ind. She loved her family and grandchildren very much.
She is survived by her children: Rebecca (Rodney) Nace, Elkhart, Ind.; Kimberly (Gary) Long, Etna Green; Greg (Michele) Felts, Elkhart; Charles Felts, Mt. Pleasant, Penn.; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and sister: Debra Morris, Nappanee.
She was preceded in death by her brother: Carl Morris.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, June 23, at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, June 23, at the funeral home with pastor Bob Kulp of Grace Brethren Church, Elkhart officiating. Burial will follow at Olive East Cemetery.
