KREMC Awards Six Memorial Scholarships
Kosciusko REMC President and CEO Bruce Goslee, recently announced the winners of the John H. Anglin Memorial Scholarships. Students from across the county applied for the six $1,000 scholarships.
“Kosciusko REMC has long been committed to helping outstanding students in our community succeed. Starting the scholarship program in 2004 was just one more way we could help to ensure strong leadership for our community in the generations to come,” said Goslee.
All applicants were required to submit an application detailing their high school or college grades, financial need, community involvement, and were required to write an essay. Applications were scored by judges from Grace College, and 12 candidates were selected from all entrants to be interviewed by area educators. The field was then narrowed to the six winning students.
