Annabelle Bieghler, 82, of Cromwell, Ind., passed away on Feb. 17, 2014, at the IU Health Goshen Hospital.

She was born on March 7, 1931, in Huntington County, Ind., to Herbert and Hazel Lee. In 1952 she married Richard Bieghler, he preceded her in death

As a teenager in the 40′s she was a Carhop at Johnny’s Drive-In in Huntington. She enjoyed watching Notre Dame football, IU football and basketball and Chicago Cubs baseball. She was a natural at painting portraits and landscapes. She loved her boxer dogs.

Annabelle is survived by her daughter: Cynthia (Bob) Baugher, Cromwell; granddaughter: Jordan (Ryan) Johnson; two great-grandchildren: Connor and Mattie.

She was preceded by her husband; three brothers: Bob, Devon and Earl; and two sisters: Betty and Helen.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, at the Eastlund Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Friday, Feb. 21, at the funeral home. Brad Cox of the Wawasee Lakeside Chapel will officiate. Burial will follow at the South Whitley cemetery.
