Mike and Sande Wappes

Mike and Sande Wappes of Syracuse will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Feb. 15.

The couple has two children: Todd (Julie) Wappes of Fort Wayne and Tiffany (Jamie) Prescott, Syracuse. They also have seven grandchildren: Chelsea (Joey) Sult, Fort Wayne; Ciara, Chloe, and Ethan Wappes, Fort Wayne; and Zach, Nate and Spencer Prescott, Syracuse. There is also one great- grandchild: Landon Prescott, Syracuse.

Mike is retired from Pepsi Cola. Sande works part-time as a hair stylist.
