Warsaw Man Arrested For Dealing Cocaine

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Drug Task Force (DTF) have arrested a Warsaw man for dealing cocaine.
According to the DTF, Eduardo P. Terrazas, 33, of Warsaw, was arrested this morning at approximately 10:29 a.m. by undercover officers and Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputies after an alleged cocaine purchase. Terrazas was taken into custody, without incident, near his place of employment in Warsaw.
Terrazas is charged with two counts of dealing cocaine, a Class A felony. Kosciusko County DTF officers purportedly made numerous undercover cocaine buys form Terrazas in recent weeks before the culmination of today’s arrest.
Terrazas’s bond has been initially set at $25,000. Terrazas is also currently being held by the U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement as related to an Immigration Detainment.
The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force was assisted with the investigation by members of the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office and Sheriff’s Department. The Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office advises that the defendant’s charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
