Warsaw Community Schools will be hosting Academic Recognition on Saturday, Feb. 1, at the Tiger Den, just prior to the girls’ varsity basketball game at Warsaw Community High School.

All high-honor roll students from the eight WCS elementary schools, Sacred Heart Elementary School, Warsaw Christian School and both Edgewood and Lakeview Middle Schools will be recognized for their academic efforts and achievements.

After the recognition, families can remain and cheer on the Lady Tigers as they take on Northern Lakes Conference rival Northwood.

The Northwood and Warsaw girls junior varsity basketball game begins at 6:15 p.m. in the Tiger Den and the ceremony will begin at the conclusion of the junior varsity game. WCHS Athletics will welcome the honor students with punch, cookies and special prizes in the WCHS Commons prior to the recognition.
