Korean Lee Holmes
Korean Lee Holmes, 75, of Albion, Ind., and formerly of Ligonier, Ind., passed away at 1:25 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014.
She was born on Sept. 14, 1938, in Elkhart, Ind., to Evert and Grace (Bowman) Sensibaugh.
Mrs. Holmes was employed and retired from BRC after over 20 years of service. After retirement, she worked at Pak-A-Sak for 10 years. She was a member of Ligonier Church of Christ and T.O.P.S.
She is survived by two daughters: Joyce Court, Kendallville, Ind.; Charlotte Louise Clark, Albion; four grandchildren: Chvonne Clark, Albion; Kevin Clark, Kimmel, Ind.; Roger Clark Jr., Kentucky; and Tefawn Lee Cooper, North Carolina; seven great-grandchildren: SkyAnn, Kaelin, Nicholas, Isaac, Koyashea, Roman and Rylea; one great-great-grandchild: Dante; two brothers: Clayton (Karen) Sensibaugh, Ligonier; Phillip (Jill) Sensibaugh, North Carolina; and her companion’s children: Jim (Cynthia) Heintzelman, Pennsylvania; Rick (Lisa) Heintzelman, Ligonier; and Vicky (Eric)Tierney, Wawaka, Ind.
Mrs. Holmes was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter: Ellen, a son: Bobby; a sister: Ann McCool; and her companion of 20 years: Joseph Heintzelman.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, and from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South, Ligonier. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 25, at the funeral home. A cremation committal will take place at a later date at Legacy Cremation and Remembrance Center.
