Halloween Forecast Brings Possible Storms
Ghosts and ghouls won’t be the only things keeping people indoors today. According to the National Weather Service there is a chance of thunderstorms that will increase early this evening as a cold front approaches from the west.
Though there is a small possibility that storms could be severe, the National Weather service reports damaging winds as this evenings main threat. An isolated tornado is possible as well.
In addition to winds, heavy rainfall amounts are possible today through this evening and could lead to localized flooding of low lying and poorly drained areas.
