TPS Appoints Assistant Caregiver
Teen Parents Succeeding in Syracuse announces the appointment of Kourtney Flannery as an assistant caregiver. The announcement was made by TPS Executive Director Janet Weirick.
Flannery is a 2013 graduate of Wawasee High School and served an internship at TPS last fall through the high school’s Professional Career Internship Program. Flannery’s current responsibilities as assistant caregiver include supervising the children in TPS’s childcare program, caring for their needs and maintaining a clean facility.
In addition to her duties at TPS, she also attends Ivy Tech where she is pursuing a degree in child development.
“We welcome Kourtney to the TPS staff,” stated Weirick. “We know from her previous experience with us as an intern that she will serve with dedication and be a valuable asset to our organization.”
