Mobile Food Pantry Coming To Cromwell
The Enchanted Hills Community Partnership Center is pleased to notify Kosciusko County residents and northern Indiana residents that those who are in need of food assistance are invited to attend an area Mobile Food Pantry to be held at the facility from 10 a.m. to noon this Friday, in collaboration with the Food Bank of Northern Indiana.
The Enchanted Hills Community Partnership Center, 9799 E. Excalibur Place, Cromwell, will host the event in the large outdoor parking lot area that is adjacent to the facility. The facility may also be used as the indoor site for this event as weather conditions may dictate slight changes.
The mobile pantry is a first come, first served type of event for those in need. Mobile food pantries have the capacity to serve approximately 200 households in a two hour period. Patrons are asked to bring containers or bags to transport items home.
Bowen Center representatives will be on site to answer questions about self sufficiency improvement programs and mental health counseling. Community Action of Northeast Indiana representatives will be on site to answer questions about public assistance programs and how to apply.
