Carolyn Sue (Mast) Chupp, 45, of 8200 W. 640 N., Etna Green, Ind., passed away at 3:30 a.m. Saturday, July 6, 2013, at her residence from natural causes.

She was born Dec. 23, 1967, in South Bend, Ind., to Marvin and Sylvia (Schmucker) Mast. She was a homemaker and a member of the Old Order Amish Church. She married Merle D. Chupp on May 12, 1988.

She is survived by her husband: Merle Chupp, Etna Green; sons: Steven Lynn and Darrin Lamar Chupp; three daughters: Susan Elaine, Laura Beth and Doris Ann Chupp, all at home; three brothers: Lamar Mast, Etna Green; Paul Mast, South Bend, Ind.; and Galen Mast, Bourbon, Ind.; two sisters: Linda (Floyd) Hochstetler, Nappanee, Ind.; and Rosemary Mast, Etna Green; and sister-in-law: Anita (Miller) Mast, Nappanee.

She was preceded in death by daughters: Julia Rose and Martha Sue Chupp; a sister; and three brothers.

Visitation is all day today at the family residence. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 9, at Jake Beechy’s residence, 8611 W. 750 N., Etna Green. Bishop Walter Schwartz and the Home Ministry will officiate. Burial will follow at Graber Cemetery.
