The Fort Wayne Philharmonic 2013 Summer Tour is coming to Lake Wawasee. The Phil’s Patriotic Pops Concert will be held at 7:30 p.m. this Saturday, June 29 outdoors at the Oakwood Resort.

This tradition begins the area’s Independence Day celebrations with a line-up of patriotic songs that celebrate everything that’s great about our country, including Yankee Doodle, the 1812 Overture and a tribute to the veterans of our Armed Services. Bring your own lawn chair, blanket, family and friends or come by boat to the Oakwood Resort

New this year is Music in Color, a children’s art experience that will be held during the performance. Materials will be provided.
