Homes On Parade Kicks Off Friday
The annual Homes on Parade, featuring projects by members of the Builders Association of Kosciusko Fulton Counties, begins Friday with multiple homes on the tour located throughout Kosciusko County.
The event kicks off at 4 p.m. Friday with a total of 8 locations on the tour. View them all in one evening, or pace yourself with visits throughout the weekend. Homes on Parade hours are 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, noon to 8 p.m. Saturday, and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
Locations are on the parade are:
442 Lake Placid Dr., Warsaw. Renewal Homes LLC of Warsaw built this new home with an historic charm. The 6,100-square-foot home features reclaimed beams, brick flooring, nestled shelving areas and specialized trim. Six bedrooms, a home automation system, an in-house sound system, game room and swimming pool and pond make this a family-friendly home.
550 W. 300 N., Warsaw. Mission Contracting By Bruce Jackson of Syracuse is featuring this commercial remodeling project on this year’s parade. Zoyo Neighborhood Yogurt is showcasing a build-out completed onto the business which provides a patio for customers.
537 E. Barrington Place, Warsaw. Skyline Builders of Rochester is featuring this newly constructed 2-story home that displays an open concept, inviting fireplace and a daylight basement with a large recreation room.
62 EMS T8 Ln., Leesburg. This hunter’s hideaway is a complete remodel job finished by Ideal Construction of Warsaw. The unique home in the woods is on the banks of a natural wildlife habitat and features picturesque views of Grassy Creek, a split concept interior for privacy and a lower level walk-out.
