The Syracuse Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #1342, 307 W. Chicago St., in Syracuse, will honor mothers on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 12, with a steak dinner.

All mothers who are members of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary will receive a free steak dinner that includes a porterhouse steak, baked potato, salad and dessert. Mothers who are auxiliary members will receive their dinners at cost. All others will pay full price.

The public is invited to bring their mothers and families to the Syracuse VFW Post for a steak dinner and enjoy a family-friendly, smoke-free environment.
