Donna M. Fisher, 94, of Milford, Ind., passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at IU Goshen Hospital.

She was born July 10, 1918, in Milford to Harry A. and Nina (Sharp) Doty. On Dec. 2, 1945, she married Noble Fisher who preceded her in death.

Donna was a lifetime area resident and worked as the town seamstress and baker for several years. She was also a house keeper and waitress at Katie’s Café and Melody Café. She was a lifetime member of the American Legion Auxiliary and was a member of the Milford Christian Church.

Donna is survived by a daughter: Earleen Fisher, Milford; a son: Rex Fisher, Milford; a grandson: Rusty Ankrom, Elkhart, Ind.; and a brother: Harry Dale Doty, Milford.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two sisters, Annabelle Replogle and Maryann Dowty.

Visitation will take place from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, March 8 at Mishler Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 9, with Pastor Stephen Leininger officiating. Burial will follow in the Milford Cemetery.
