Arthur L. Fulton Jr., 68, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away at 9:54 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10, 2013, at his home.

He was born on June 10, 1944, in Allegan, Mich., to Arthur L. and Rosella T. (Bradley) Fulton.

He grew up in Michigan, graduated from Allegan High School and Michigan State University. He was married on Jan. 20, 1991, in Las Vegas, Nev., to Paula J. (Fry) Goguen, who survives.

He was self-employed as owner / operator of Express RV where he served as dispatcher for many years and moved to the Kosciusko County area 8 years ago from Utah.

He is survived by his wife: Paula Fulton, Syracuse; a daughter: Shannon (Corey) Gifford, St. George, Utah; two sons: Chad (Christina) Fulton, Allegan, Mich.; and Tork (Donna) Fulton, West Jordan, Utah; a stepdaughter: Michelle Goguen, Coruna, Calif.; a stepson: James Goguen, Coruna, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandson; and three step-grandchildren; a sister: Cheryl Olson, Allegan, Mich.; and a brother: James (Jackie) Fulton, California.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two half-sisters: Phyllis and Delores.

No services are planned.
