Robert Kramer, 67, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at his residence.

He was born Aug. 7, 1945, in Goshen, Ind., to Matthew and Julia (Stump) Kramer. He was a U.S. Navy veteran serving in Submarine Service.

He was a Real Estate Appraiser operating Kramer Appraisal Service. He was a member of the Wawasee Lakeside Chapel in Syracuse, as well as the Friendship Harmony Baptist Church in St. James City, Fla. He had divided his time between his home on Lake Wawasee and spending winters in St. James.

He is survived by his wife; one daughter: Lisa (Jim) Honey, Goshen; two sons: Mark (Kelly) Kramer, Goshen: Jason (Justina) Kramer, Goshen; seven grandchildren; and one sister: Maxine (Joe) Hooley, White Pigeon, Mich.

He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.

Visitation will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 26, at Wawasee Lakeside Chapel. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church with pastor’s Harlan Steffen and Brad Cox officiating. Interment will take place at the Marion National Cemetery at a later date.
