Timothy Brown
Timothy ‘Tim’ Brown, 54, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, in his residence.
On Feb. 1, 1958, Tim was born in Warsaw to Max and Frances (Clabaugh) Brown. He married Carmen Glick on Nov. 11, 2011 in Syracuse.
A lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, Tim graduated from Warsaw High School in 1976. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1984 to 1987. Tim was owner of B&B Repair, Warsaw and he loved racing sprint cars.
He is survived by his wife; son: Scott (Liz Kirsop) Brown, Bloomington, Ind.; daughter: Kylee (Andrew Coughenour) Brown, Warsaw; granddaughter: Kinleigh Brown, Warsaw; sister: Janice (Richard) Hughes, Warsaw; three step sons: Chad Puckett, Columbia City, Ind; Brock Puckett, Columbia City; Taylor Cazier, Muncie, Ind.; two nephews and one niece.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Pamela Brown-Karst.
Visitation hours will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, at the funeral chapel. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 25, at the funeral chapel with Pastor Terry Bradford and Van Gurley officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw with military honors by American Legion Post #49 and VFW Post #1126, Warsaw.
