Sherri Marie Adamson, 50, of Rochester, Ind., passed away Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, at her residence.

She was born in Fulton County on June 4, 1962, to Calvin Lee and Evelyn VanDuyne Braman. She was a proud graduate of Rochester High School with the class of 1980. On Dec. 4, 1982, Sherri and Teri Lynn Adamson were married.

Sherri will be lovingly remembered by her husband; two sons: Derek (Brittany) Adamson, Tippecanoe, Ind.; Clayton Adamson, Rochester; two grandsons: Parker Lee Adamson and Brock Paul Adamson; mother; Evelyn Braman, Rochester; two sisters: Judy (Russ) Taylor, Walkerton, Ind.; Pat (Cam) Rathbun, Warsaw, Ind.; three brothers: Bill (Georgina) Braman, Fla; Phil (Monica) Braman, Mich.; John Braman, Indianapolis, Ind.; one aunt; Marjorie Phillips; Canine companions; Lilly, a Beagle/Blue Healer mix; and Sandy, a Golden Retriever; and cousins, nieces and nephews who also survive.

She was preceded in death by her father on May 21, 2004.

Visitation will take place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, as well as from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11, at Good Family Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Funeral services will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11 at the funeral home. Pastor Junior Bose will officiate services. Interment will be in the Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
