Everett Eugene Helmuth, 51, of Plymouth, Ind., and formerly of the Nappanee, Ind., area, died at his home of an apparent heart attack on Dec. 16, 2012.

He was born Oct. 28, 1961, to Edwin M. and Tressie Lou (Stutzman) Helmuth.

Mr. Helmuth attended the Old Order Amish Church. He lived his lifetime in this area.

Surviving are his stepmother: Edna Helmuth, Bremen; brothers: Lyle (Betty) Helmuth, Shipshewana, Ind.; Wayne (Erma) Helmuth, Bremen, Ind.; sisters: Rose (Dannie Ray) Bontrager, Shipshewana; Lynette (Arlin) Bontrager, Goshen, Ind.; and 15 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Family and friends may call after 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, at the family residence, 3055 Birch Rd., Plymouth. Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 30, at the Dennis Hochstetler residence, 2735 Birch Rd., Plymouth. Officiating will be the Home Ministry of the Old Order Amish Church and burial will be in Weldy Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ray Yoder, Brian Yoder, Paul Stutzman, Kenny Stutzman, Loren Stutzman and Wade Yoder.
