Valerie Collins, 58, of Fort Wayne, Ind., and formerly of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 10:32 p.m. Monday, Dec. 24, 2012, in Saint Joseph’s Hospital Fort Wayne.

She was born June 22, 1954, in Martin, Ky., to Fonzo and Sophia (Conn) Crum. She was formerly of Warsaw and was homemaker. She was united in marriage to Marvin Collins in Martin, Ky., on Oct. 28, 1967.

She is survived by her husband: Marvin Collins, Warsaw; a daughter: Krissi Enyart, Fort Wayne; six brothers; six sisters and three grandchildren.

Calling hours will be from 10 a.m. to noon Monday, Dec. 31, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Services will follow at noon in the funeral home. Pastor Junior Arnett will officiate the services. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery Warsaw.
