Passers-by saw a sight this morning as a helicopter was used to place heating and cooling equipment on the roof of the new Meijer store in Warsaw.

The Papers Inc. Sales Representative Carl Lauster watched the event unfold and shot this short video.

According to some readers of StaceyPageOnline.com, there have been rumors that Meijer purchased the Shamrock Mobile Home Park located next to the new store. Some residents of the park claim to have received letters from the chain store saying the park has been purchased and Meijer will pay to relocate the residents.

Frank Giuliani is the head of Meijer’s media relations and says, “I know of no such arrangement. It’s just a rumor.”

Meijer is slated to open in June 2013.
