Kathryn Barbara Elizabeth Myers Miller, 94, of Etna Green, Ind., died at 5:03 a.m.  Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at Bremen Healthcare Center, Bremen, Ind.

She was born Sept. 6, 1918, in Nappanee. Ind., to Henry and Versa (Sechrist) Myers. She was a homemaker and farmed with her husband. Kathryn was a member of Hepton Union Church in Nappanee, where she also taught adult Sunday school and was a chorister.

She married Lloyd A. Miller on Feb. 24, 1940, in Nappanee. He preceded her in death on March 22, 1978.

Surviving are daughters: Ruth Jane Miller, Etna Green; Mary (Larry) Fervida, Nappanee; Susan (Dewayne) Bixler, Nappanee; and Patsy (Don) Kline, Etna Green; grandchildren: Adam Fervida, Nappanee; Heather Kline (Jared) Hamsher, Nappanee; and Jason Kline, Etna Green; and great-grandchildren: Sydney Lain Hamsher, Nappanee; Taylor Martin, Elkhart, Ind.; and Kelsey Eve Hamsher, Nappanee.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, grandson: Aaron Fervida; a brother: Delbert “Bud” Myers; and a sister: Wilma (Kenneth) Hartzell.

Friends and family may call from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 6, at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee, and from noon to 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, at Hepton Union Church, until the 2 p.m. service. Pastor Eric Eickhoff will officiate. Burial will follow at Sandridge Cemetery.
