William Marshall, 73, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, at his residence.

He was born June 13, 1939, in Floyd County, Ky., to Shelman and Oralee (Hall) Marshall. He married Lois (Shriver) Marshal. She passed away June 4, 2010.

He had been a foreman at the Tool & Die Shop at OEC in Warsaw. He was a member of the Eagles in Warsaw.

He is survived by seven children; two sisters: Delores Fuller, Pierceton, Ind.; Linda Blalock, Palestine, Ind.; a brother: Robert Marshall; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, at the First United Methodist Church, 179 S. Indiana St., Warsaw. Pastor Toni Carmer will officiate.
