Warsaw Community Public Library News
Native American artwork by Lori Ann Stephenson Biggs is on display at the Warsaw Community Public Library on the upper level near the public computers. A daughter of the Ojibwa Nation, Biggs is a member of the White Earth Reservation in Minnesota. Her work in fine art mediums have won multiple awards at several juried art shows. A number of pieces of her work are on display through November.
Children story hours
Story Hours run now through Dec 6 mornings at 10 a.m. Twos meet Tuesdays, threes on Wednesday, and fours and fives on Thursday. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Programs for adults
The book club meets the first Thursday of each month at 2 p.m. Discuss selected book and meet new friends.The cookbook club meets the first Monday of each month at 10 a.m. Crochet classes run the third Tuesday of each month at two times. Knitting classes are held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 6 p.m.
Teens
Drop In Zones each month are held each month at 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Gaming, movies, free snacks. Check online calendar for exact days.
New Release Tuesdays
Get to view the newest movie releases on the day they are released. Check the online calendar each month for the viewings.
