Larry D. Bradley, 56, passed away at 7:37 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.

He was born Feb. 22, 1956, in Chicago, Ill., to J.W. and Diane (Bradley) Phillips.

He is survived by three brothers: Fred Christian, Warsaw, Ind.; Willy Phillips, Phoenix, Ariz.; and Otis Phillips, Chicago; two sisters: Mary Bradley, Chicago; and Sharon Mays, Carbondale, Ill.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Burial will take place at a later date in Chicago.
