More Delays Expected On U.S. 30
The Indiana Department of Transportation announces brief, intermittent traffic stoppages on U.S. 30, between Anchorage Road and East Springhill Road in Warsaw, starting at approximately 8:30 a.m., on Thursday, Aug. 23.
Traffic on U.S. 30 will be stopped three separate times tomorrow, beginning at 8:30 a.m., to allow utility wires to be pulled across the highway under permit by INDOT. Indiana State Police will assist with rolling stops, which are expected to last up to 20 minutes each. The work is expected to be complete by 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
Motorists may wish to select alternate routes and/or plan accordingly for the traffic delays on U.S. 30, which are already hampering some travel while construction for the new Meijer store is underway in that same area.
