Steven R. Baumgartner
Steven Rodney Baumgartner, 72, of Tucson Ariz., and formerly of Milford, Ind., died Thursday, Aug. 16, 2012.
He was born on Feb. 16, 1940, to Arthur(Ted) and Gladys Baumgartner. Steven was a good father and an avid Bears fan. His sound work ethic instilled ownership in his children. He was a 1959 graduate of Milford High School. He enjoyed woodworking for many years which will remain a legacy.
Steven is survived by two sons: Samuel (Marcia) Baumgartner, Milford; Mark (Lee Ann) Baumgartner, Milford; three daughters: Stephanie (Derick) Cash, Nashville Tenn.; Dr. Melissa Baumgartner-Gentile, Sarasota, Fla.; Suzanne (John) Kazo, Keller, Texas; a brother: Roger (Sandy) Baumgartner, Milford; and nine grandchildren.
Steven was preceded in death by his parents: Arthur (Ted) and Gladys Baumgartner; and one sister: Janice.
A celebration of life service and burial will be held at Milford Cemetery.
