Carl E. Melton, 73, of Etna Green, Ind., died at 9:17 p.m. Aug. 13, 2012, in Miller’s Manor, Warsaw.

He was born March 27, 1939, in Etna Green, to Theodore and Frances Haines Melton. He was a resident of Etna Green most of his life and was a 1957 graduate of Etna Green High School. He retired as a delivery truck driver for Ramsey News Publishing Co.

Mr. Melton is survived by two brothers: Loren (Kathryn) Melton, Atwood, Ind.; and Merl (Karen)  Melton, Alpena, Mich.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 19, at Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home, Bourbon, Ind., Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 20, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Etna Green Cemetery.
