Combined Community Services provided school supplies to 1,187 children during today’s annual Tools For Schools giveaway, and that number is expected to rise.

The giveaway began at 9 a.m. Wednesday and ended at 6 p.m. It was held in the Home and Family Arts Building at the Kosciusko County fairgrounds.

CCS will continue to provide school supplies to children in Kosciusko County over the next couple of weeks. School starts in most districts next week.

Last year, 1,500 children received their school supplies from CCS.
